Taco Bread
Ingredients
1 ½ lb. loaf
9 ounces water
1 ½ tablespoons apple sauce or oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup cornmeal
¼ cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 cups bread flour
1 ½ teaspoons yeast
Method
Tastes like a taco...great with chilli.
