Walnut Bread
Ingredients
2 ¼ cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dry milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup walnuts (1 oz) chopped
⅞ cup water (7 ½ fl.oz)
1 teaspoon dry yeast
Method
Timer or bake (rapid) mode may be used. Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid Ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. Press start.
