Caramel Candy Rolls
Ingredients
6 sheets phyllo dough
6 tablespoons butter, melted
¾ cup sugar
20 caramels

Method
Layer 3 sheets of the phyllo dough on a clean work surface, brushing each sheet with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter and sprinkling each sheet with 2 tablespoons of the sugar. Arrange 10 caramels along the long edge of the phyllo 2 inches from the edge. Fold the edge over the caramels and roll to enclose the filling, pinching the ends to seal. Place the phyllo roll seam side down on a baking sheet. Repeat the process with the remaining phyllo dough, butter, sugar and caramels. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until the phyllo is golden brown and crisp. Let cool completely. Cut each roll diagonally into 8 slices.
