Chicken Tikka Sandwich
Ingredients
1 chicken tikka breast
Butter for spreading
2 thick slices wholemeal (whole-wheat) bread
Mango chutney
Watercress sprigs
Method
1. Slice the chicken tikka thinly. Butter the bread and spread one slice with a little mango chutney.
2. Arrange the chicken on the bread and top with watercress sprigs. Cover with the second slice of bread and press down gently.
