Devilled Corn On The Cob
Ingredients
75 g (3 oz) butter
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 corn cobs

Method
Soften the butter in the microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, then blend in the tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Place each corn cob on a piece of greaseproof paper and spread with the butter mixture. Wrap the cobs in the paper, and place in a large dish in a single layer.
Cook on HIGH until tender-about 12 minutes if fresh or 15 minutes if frozen; turn halfway through cooking.
Serve the corn with the buttery juices poured over.
