Sweet And Sour Pork
Ingredients
1½ lb. pork, cubed
1½ tablespoons (2 tablespoons) comfour (cornstarch)
2 tablespoons (3 tablespoons) soy sauce
2 oz. (¼ cup) brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons (¼ cup) vinegar
13¼ oz. can pineapple bits, undrained
1 small onion, sliced
2 medium green peppers, cut into strips

Method
Toss the pork with the cornflour in a 2 quart heat resistant casserole. Mix in all the remaining ingredients except the green peppers. Add 6 tablespoons (½ cup) water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 12 minutes until the pork is cooked. Stir once during cooking. Add the green peppers and continue cooking on HIGH for 1 minute.
