Chicken Cacciatore 3
Ingredients
1 small can tomatoes, diced
2 cans (small ones) tomato paste
½ cup dry white wine
1 can mushrooms (fresh if you have)
1 small onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
Method
Mix all ingredients together and pour it over the top of the chicken. Then cook it on low all day.
