Smoked Salmon Lunch Wraps
Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup heavy cream or half-and-half
¼ cup chopped fresh dill weed, or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon minced garlic
Pinch of salt
2 tortillas
4 ounces smoked salmon
Red leaf lettuce, torn
Plum or Roma tomatoes, sliced
Alfalfa sprouts
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Method
Combine the mayonnaise, cream, dill weed, garlic and salt in a bowl and mix well. Layer each tortilla with the salmon, lettuce, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts and cheese. Top with the dill weed mixture. Roll tightly to enclose the filling, tucking in the ends.
