Ginger Cordial Synthetic 1
Ingredients
1 lb. white or demerara sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 pint water
30 drops essence of ginger
Method
Simmer the sugar and water to dissolve, add the honey and stir until this also dissolves. Allow to cool, add the essence, bottle and cork. Use one to two tablespoonfuls in a tumbler of hot water.
