Ginger Prawns

250 g (8 oz) peeled prawns
250 g (8 oz) bean sprouts
3 spring onions, shredded
˝ red pepper, slicedfinely
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh root ginger
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce


Serves: 4


Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, then cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and serve immediately.

Cooking time: 2 minutes
