Sweet And Sour Pork
Ingredients
227g (8 oz) can pineapple slices in natural juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons pure orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon clear honey
1 tablespoon grated fresh root ginger
1 kg (2 lb) pork tenderloin, cut into 5 mm (¼ inch) slices
2 tablespoons cornflour
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice, and cut the slices into quarters. Set aside.
Place the soy sauce, orange and lemon juice, ketchup, oil, honey and ginger in a large bowl. Add half of the pineapple juice and mix well. Add the pork, toss well to coat in the marinade, cover and chill for 2 hours.
Cover the bowl and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Add the pineapple.
Blend the cornflour with the remaining pineapple juice, stir into the pork, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on HIGH for 7 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice or egg noodles.
