Lo-Cal Chicken
Ingredients
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
2-3 lb. chicken, cut up and skinned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon oregano, crushed
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon celery seed
1 bay leaf
Method
Layer in order and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 2 ½ - 4 hours.
