Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
5 to 6 red potatoes, sliced (about 5 cups sliced)
6 slices turkey, bacon or other smoked meat
3 ounces freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Layer all ingredients in lightly buttered 3 ½-quart or use a soufflé dish to fit in a larger slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Adjust seasonings.
