Pear-Buttermilk Flip
Ingredients
1 ripe pear
½ cup (125 ml/100 g) pear juice
¾ cup (175 ml/200 g) buttermilk
Pinch ground cinnamon

Serves: 2
Method
Halve and core the pear and chop finely.
Combine pear, pear juice and buttermilk in a blender or food processor, or mash and mix well with a potato masher.
Season with cinnamon, pour into two glasses and serve with thick straws.
