Star Spangled Pie
Ingredients
1 x 6oz keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust
1 x 8oz package cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 x 8oz tub of whipped topping, thawed
1 ¼ cups keebler rainbow USA chips deluxe cookies, chopped (if not available use your favourite cookies)
Confetti sprinkles
Method
Mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with electric mixer until blended; gently stir in whipped topping. Fold in chopped cookies. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with sprinkles just prior to serving.
