Nervous Stomach Tea

Ingredients

2 tsp angelica root
2 tsp lemon balm leaves
½ tsp fennel seed


Method

Bring Angelica root to a simmer in 4 cups water. Turn off heat, add lemon balm & lemon; steep 10 minutes & strain.
