Cheesy Fish Pie
Ingredients
450g/1 lb smoked haddock fillets
45ml/3 tablespoons milk
15g/ ½ oz/1 tablespoon butter
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
15ml/1 tablespoon chopped basil
15ml/1 tablespoon chopped sage
120g/4oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
675g/1½ lbs potatoes, cooked and mashed with 30ml/2 tablespoons milk and a pinch of nutmeg

Serves: 4
Method
Place the fish in an even layer in a shallow dish. Pour over the milk and dot with butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the chopped herbs.
Put the cheese slices on top of the fish and cover with the mashed potato. Cover and cook on HIGH for 8-10 minutes. Brown under the grill/broiler if desired.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Microwave cooking time: 8-10 minutes
