Ingredients
4 to 6 medium red potatoes, sliced about ¼” thick (peeled or not)
4 to 5 cups whole fresh green beans, trimmed
6 slices bacon, diced fried and drained
2 tablespoons minced dried onion
1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Serves: 6
Method
Place sliced potatoes and green beans in slow cooker; add other ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
