Vegetable Slow Cooker
Ingredients
8 potatoes
1 onion, chopped
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
5 cups water
⅓ cup butter or margarine
Ham, cubed to taste
13 ounces can evaporated milk
Method
Peel & cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in slow cooker. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour. Add flour to thicken, if desired.
