Anise Seed Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 tablespoon anise seed or few drops anise oil

Method

Beat the eggs thoroughly for 15 minutes. Add sugar slowly, a little at a time and continue beating. Add anise seed or a few drops of anise oil and the flour. Drop on well-greased cookie sheets and bake in moderate oven, 350ºF for about 12 minutes.
