Raspberries In Melba Sauce
Ingredients
1 lb raspberries
4 tablespoons icing sugar
Method
Make a raspberry purée by rubbing one-third of the raspberries through a nylon sieve. Sift the icing sugar and beat it into the raspberry purée a little at a time. Pour this sauce over the whole raspberries and leave them for at least one hour before serving.
