Fried Asparagus Tips

Ingredients

1 medium can white asparagus tips
10 g/ ⅓ oz flour
2 eggs, beaten
Oil for frying
Salt

Method

Drain the asparagus tips and dry thoroughly. Dust with the flour and coat in beaten egg. Fry immediately in hot oil. Season with salt and serve.
