Sausage And Pasta Spiral Salad
Ingredients
500 g/ 1 lb 2 oz pasta spirals
100 ml/ 3½ fl oz cream
60 ml/ 2 fl oz milk
Juice of ½ lemon
100 ml/ 3½ fl oz thick mayonnaise
300g g/ 10 oz German cured sausages, sliced
6 gherkins, sliced

Serves: 6
Method
Cook the pasta until ‘al dente’. Drain and allow to cool. Mix the cream, milk and lemon juice into the mayonnaise. Place the pasta in a serving dish. Stir in the sausages, gherkins and dressing. Serve immediately.
