Mango Sorbet On Marinated Oranges
Ingredients
1 large ripe mango
1 tbsp (15 ml) coconut milk
Juice of 1 lime
Liquid sweetener
½ tsp (2 ml) ground cinnamon
Pinch ground coriander seeds
2 medium oranges
½ tsp (2 ml) orange flower water
1 tsp (5 ml) orange liqueur
1 tsp (5 ml) icing (confectioner's) sugar
Mint sprigs

Method
Cut the mango into pieces and peel, removing the pit and reserving the juice. Combine fruit and juice with the coconut milk, lime juice, sweetener, cinnamon and coriander. Purée and strain through a sieve. Churn-freeze in an ice cream maker for 15 to 20 minutes.
Peel and section the oranges and combine with orange flower water and liqueur.
Sprinkle two plates with icing sugar. Arrange the oranges on the plates. Make small balls of sorbet and arrange on top. Garnish with mint leaves.
