Cherry-Whey Cocktail
Ingredients
1 banana
½ cup (125 ml) cherry juice
1¼ cup (300 ml) whey
1 vanilla bean
2 cinnamon sticks

Method
Peel banana, slice and place in blender or food processor. Pour in cherry juice and whey, and purée.
Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise. Using a pointed knife, scrape out the seeds, add to the drink and mix well. Pour the drink into two glasses, garnish each with a cinnamon stick and serve.
TIP:- Whey can be found in health food stores, organic-food stores and in the refrigerated section of some grocery stores. Be sure to purchase pure, unflavored whey.
