Mayonnaise
6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
3 small tomatoes, halved
1 lettuce, shredded

Method
Spread some thick mayonnaise on to a small serving dish. Cut the bottoms off the eggs and stand them up in the dish. Place the tomato halves on top of the eggs to form the toadstool caps and garnish with the shredded lettuce.
