Italian Potatoes
Ingredients
1 kg/ 2¼ lb medium potatoes, peeled
300 g/ 10 oz butter, melted
Salt
2 tsp rosemary leaves

Method
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F, gas mark 7. Cut each potato into 4 even pieces and place in a baking tin. Pour over the melted butter, season with salt and bake in the oven for about 1 hour, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with rosemary 30 minutes before the end of cooking time.
