Coconut, pineapple, and rum-all that's missing is the little umbrella!
Ingredients
1 cup (245 grams) plain non-fat yogurt
½ cup (120 milliliters) light coconut milk
2 tablespoons (28 milliliters) pineapple sugar-free syrup
½ teaspoon rum extract
½ teaspoon coconut extract
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
