Fruits Rafraîchis
Ingredients
Selection of fresh fruit (1-1½ lb)
4-5 tablespoons thick syrup (made with 6 oz caster sugar and 6 fl oz water)
3-4 tablespoons kirsch (optional)
Method
Prepare the fruit and place it in a glass bowl or dish. Spoon over a small quantity of syrup. Flavour with a little kirsch if wished. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours until wanted. Serve separately in a glass bowl.
