Macedoine Of Tropical Fruits
This would be made from fresh fruits in the tropics but in Britain you can use canned fruit with fresh oranges.
Ingredients
1 can of mangoes
1 small can of lychees
3 oranges
Method
Tip the mangoes into a crystal bowl, drain the lychees and put in with the mangoes. Peel the oranges and cut in sections or slices, as preferred, and mix carefully with the other fruit. Cover and chill before serving.
