1 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons black pepper, coarsely ground
4 teaspoons paprika
1½ teaspoons cayenne
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup pomegranate juice
1½ teaspoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dry ginger
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
Method
Mix together all ingredients, stuff into casings, and twist into 5- inch lengths.
