Vegetable-Ham Wraps
Ingredients
1 small red pepper
1 rib celery
2 small gherkins
4 slices cooked ham
Freshly ground pepper
½ bunch chives

Serves: 2
Method
Core the red pepper and cut away the inner membranes. Slice celery, red pepper and pickles into small finger-length sticks.
Remove rind from the ham, if necessary, and cut each slice in half. Divide the vegetable sticks among the pieces of harp and season with pepper.
Roll up the ham slices. Tie 2 or 3 chive stems round each wrap to garnish and hold it together.
TIP:- These wraps make an ideal snack for the office. Roll each one in a lettuce leaf and store in a sealed container, and they will stay fresh for hours.
