Crunchy Fruit Layer
Ingredients
1 peach or nectarine
75g/3oz/1 cup crunchy toasted oat cereal
150ml/¼ pint/⅔ cup low fat natural yogurt
15ml/1 tbsp jam
15ml/1 tbsp fruit juice

Method
Remove the stone from the peach or nectarine and cut the fruit into bite-size pieces with a sharp knife.
Divide the chopped fruit between two tall glasses, reserving a few pieces for decoration.
Sprinkle the oat cereal over the fruit in an even layer, then top with the low fat yogurt.
Stir the jam and the fruit juice together in a jug, then drizzle the mixture over the yogurt. Decorate with the reserved peach or nectarine pieces and serve at once.
