Here is a great no-cook way to start the day; vary the fruit with the season.
Ingredients
1 cup (230 g) nonfat cottage cheese
¼ cup (35 g) fresh blueberries
1 large apple, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Method
In a parfait glass or glass bowl, spoon alternating layers of cottage cheese and fruit. Top with chopped walnuts.
