Baked Portobello Mushrooms
Serve these meaty mushrooms as a side dish for steak.
Ingredients
1 pound (450 g) portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 red onion, chopped
4 teaspoons chopped hazelnuts
1 to 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Method
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a shallow baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Place mushrooms in dish in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil. Top mushrooms with onion and hazelnuts. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over all. Bake about 15 minutes.
