Borsata Wine Sauce
Ingredients
2 cups Riesling wine
1 cup water
½ cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon flour
Method
Beat eggs well; add sugar and flour. Mix wine and water and bring to boiling. Pour over egg mixture, and then blend with electric mixer. Bring mixture to boiling point, lower heat and cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve warm over fruitcake.
