BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
½ cup ketchup
½ cup white wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon chilli powder
3 dashes hot sauce
Method
Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
