Homemade Coffee Liqueur
Ingredients
4 cups sugar
½ cup instant coffee
3 cups water
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cups vodka, high-proof
3 tablespoons vanilla
Method
Combine sugar and water; boil until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to simmer and simmer for 1 hour. Let cool. Stir in vodka and vanilla. Pour up and serve.
