Tuna And Haricot Bean Salad
Ingredients
1 kg/ 2¼ lb haricot beans
1 large can tuna
Juice of ½ lemon
5 tbsp olive oil
Freshly ground white pepper
1 onion, peeled and sliced
Details
Serves: 6
Method
Simmer the beans, with a little oil, until tender. Drain and allow to cool. Place in a serving dish, mix in the tuna and dress with a mixture of lemon juice, oil and pepper. Garnish with onion slices and tomato, if liked.
