Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1 litre of milk
˝ cup of pudding rice
1 cup of water
4 tablespoonfuls of cornflour
Vanilla
2 tablespoonfuls of sugar
Cinnamon
Details
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Method
Put the rice in water to boil. When the water has been absorbed, add the milk (keeping aside a cup to be used for the dissolving of the cornflour) and the sugar. Stir this constantly.
When it starts to thicken, add the half cup of milk with the dissolved cornflour to it and continue stirring until the cream thickens.
To be served in small bowls or plates, sprinkled liberally with cinnamon.
