Roasted Lamb

Ingredients
2 kg mutton meat, chunks
3 tablespoons butter
6 shallots
Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme

Method
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the meat and all the onions and close the lid. Over medium heat, stir the ingredients until boiled. When boiling cook for one hour. Add the salt, pepper and thyme. Roast for 15 more minutes, stirring, then serve.
