If you like something other than chocolate syrup on your banana splits, feel free to add a little of your favorite flavor of sugar-free syrup to this smoothie.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons (16 grams) vanilla-flavored whey protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons (28 milliliters) banana sugar-free syrup
Guar or xanthan


Method

Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
