Banana
2 large strawberries
2 tbsp cream or natural yogurt
1 tbsp sugar syrup
Dash grenadine
Crushed ice
Tonic water or lemonade

Method

Whizz the first five ingredients with the ice in a blender until almost frozen.


Pour into a tall glass and top up with tonic water.
