Oil And Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
˝ cup of oil
2 lemons
Salt, pepper
Method
Beat the juice of the lemons with the oil and the salt and pepper. To be served with boiled or grilled fish, salad and most shellfish.
Variation:-
1. Finely chopped parsley can be added if desired.
2. Lemon juice can be replaced by vinegar to accompany some vegetables or salads.
