Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
750 gr. mutton chunks
500 gr. fresh green beans
500 gr. eggplants
500 gr. fresh okra
500 gr. squash (zucchini)
2 onions
6 tomatoes
6 green chilli pepper
6 tablespoons butter
Salt
2 cups water

Method
Wash the vegetables. Prepare the green beans and the okra. Peel the squash and the eggplants. Remove the stems and the seeds of the peppers. Cut the green beans, peppers, eggplants and squash into chunks. Chop the onions. Remove the seeds of the tomatoes and cut them into 4 pieces each. Put the meat chunks in a casserole, add butter, onions and peppers. Roast on medium heat until the meat is cooked, add the vegetables and water. Cook until the meat is tender, first on high, then on low heat.
