Ingredients
3 tablespoonfuls of plain flour
3 cups of water
1 cup of vinegar
3 ripe tomatoes
Rosemary
Salt, pepper
Details
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Method
Using the oil that you have used for frying the fish, add the flour and brown it. Add the water, the vinegar, the tomatoes, which have been skinned and mashed beforehand, the rosemary, the salt and pepper and allow the mixture to come to the boil and thicken.
Variation:-
The tomatoes can be omitted if wished.
