3 tablespoonfuls of butter
3 tablespoonfuls of flour
3 cups of meat stock
2 eggs
The juice of 2 lemons

Method
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, stirring with a wooden spatula, and then pour in the stock and add the salt. When it thickens slightly, beat the eggs with lemon juice and pour them in little by little, stirring constantly on a low heat, without allowing to boil. In two minutes it will be ready.
