Ingredients
1 lemon
1 orange
60 g (2 oz) light muscovado sugar
1 litre (1¾ pint) cranberry juice
600 ml (1 pint) fresh orange juice
2 cinnamon sticks
500 ml (16 fl oz) ginger ale

Method
1 Pare rind from lemon and orange, then squeeze juice. Dissolve sugar in 300 ml (½ pint) water. Add cinnamon stick and bring just to the boil, stirring.
2 Leave to cool then pour into a large jug with the fruit juices and pared rind. Just before serving, top up with the ginger ale.
