Cretan Salad With Greens And Pomegranate Molasses

Ingredients

½ kg bitter chicory, finely chopped
2 cups endives, finely chopped
1 tbsp leeks, finely chopped
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 tsp fresh mint
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
4 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Salt

Serves: 6

 

Method

1. Clean and rinse the greens under running water. Let them drain; chop them well and toss all in a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, pour the molasses and serve.
