Pineapple and Corn Salad, The amazing collaboration
Ingredients
- 1 celery root
- ½ cup (125 ml) vinegar
- 1 can of pineapple chunks
- 1 can of corn
- 1 apple, diced
- ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream
- ½ stalks of leek
Method
Step 1
Roughly grate the celery and let it marinate in the vinegar for a couple of hours.
Step 2
In a bowl, layer the grated celery, pineapple chunks, corn, and diced apple.
Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream and layer on top of the salad, sprinkling the top with finely diced leeks. You can also add a layer of ham bits.
